А чего там делиться - берешь переходник и ставишь. По практике вся операция вместе с регулировкой занимает минут двадцать.

I strongly recommend to replace by my technique in petrol heater standard candle to usual engines candle.
There you can use BOSH H8DC0. After this modifications heater starting in 1-2 sec. and using only 3-5A electr. (not 15-20A!).

For off-road on my MeMZ-969AB engine (it's modification of german BMW-600 engine 1955y. for russian anti-tank cannon) I using long times motor oil JB F1Plus SAE10W60 - analogue of engine oil Castrol 10W60. With this oil my engine under any conditions was not heated up more 80C. For engines of this type (MeMZ-969*) overheating of fuel pump - a usual problem (not for my own engine :)).

I’m think to be lucky, now in winter when it is very cold temperature goes maximum 10° under the zero! I must go on mountain over 3000 meters to find –25°C!!!!
My Luaz live under a wood repair hands made from me and in winter I never have a problem to start engine. The problem is the petrol heater that is very idler. It work only when it want, when it is turn on decide automatically to turn off (I see the red light near the right door) and so……
I have a little problem in summer with a fuel pump in off road with the first gear when the lubricant temperature is over 100°C (indicated). Now I change lubricant type, I put in the engine a Castrol TXT oil and in the last my travel (when I travel with my Luaz across Italy from Alpi to Lake Trasimeno in the center of the Country, over 350 Km) I find a additive for the lubricant that make a miracle (tested on race with a very HP engine!), the temperature have got down 10~20°C with the same conditions.

I'm from St-Petersburg, Russia (not Florida :)).
And Luaz was designed not for highway - primary for wery hard russian off-road (as named here "country road" or "via paganus" :)))). My own Luaz really passed across place, where was "sinking" a big KAMAZ 6x6, and her engine really started, if outside temperature -30C.

Dear Captain Pauli AKA Red October where do you live?
In Italy I think there is only 15~20 Luaz 969M today, in same car there is a Ford Fiesta engine (modified by the factory who imported the car).
I use it as a toy in the week end. I try to use it as my first car but it was very slow on the highway and the truck are very fast. Now I try to modify the canopy to have a pick up like one picture in this web site.

My old nick was Captain Pauli AKA Red October. Im my city - approx. 3500 Luaz 969, 969A, 969, 967 (amphibious) and 1302. Here it's not so "very rare" car, and come of my friends using Luaz as "club car".

I live near Venice because I work there. My little Luaz is in the country in the center of Italy where I spend my week end. I don’t understand your nick name because it is write in Cyrillic! Could you write it in English? There is a lot of Luaz in your country? In Italy it is a very rare car.

Хороший вопрос. Проще всего конечно спросить на заводе, но у меня такое ощущение, что ни в каком - обе модели выпускались параллельно, вернее воздушками комплектовались кузова 1302. Причем вплоть до прекращения производства. Правда по всей видимости это делалось под заказ.
